I have waited and waited and the DVD was finally released after 1 long year of screening. Gake no ue no Ponyo, or Ponyo On the Cliff, is a story revolves around a five-year old boy, Sosuke, and the Princess goldfish, Ponyo, who wanted to become human.
Always been the biggest fan of Miyazaki Hayao 宮崎 駿, a very prominent screenwriter/director of many popular animated feature films such as My Neighbor Totoro – となりのトトロ, Spirited Away – 千と千尋の神隠し.
Check out the ponyo plush toy that I bought during my Japan trip… 超可愛い!!!
Anyway, it was a very heart warming show. With hopes and believes, you can make your dream comes true.
I hope you enjoyed this movie as much as I do.
